Harold Wang Lead Counsel

Our Lead Counsel, Mr. Harold Wang, is a multicultural lawyer trained in Canadian, American and Chinese law. Having previously worked for international firms in Canada and China as well as litigation firms in downtown Toronto, Harold developed unique expertise in resolving complex corporate-commercial, real estate, and workplace disputes. Harold earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law and a Legum Magister degree in business law from Cornell Law School in Ithaca, New York where he focused on transactional law while serving as an elected Class Vice President organizing cross-cultural activities and games.
