He was awarded Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria Law School in 2000. In 2015, Mr. Lee completed his life coaching program and was awarded a Certificate of Art and Science of Life Coaching from Erickson College. Mr. Lee was called to the British Columbia Bar in January 2002. For the past two decades, he has represented clients in all levels of courts and tribunals, including BC Provincial Court, BC Supreme Court, Federal Court of Canada, and Immigration Appeal Division. As an advocate for equal access to justice, Mr. Lee is active in the community. He volunteers his time and expertise for legal aid services and organizations, including the Law Society of British Columbia, the People’s Law school, AM1320 Radio Station, Fairchild TV, and SUCCESS. He was also on the advisory committee of the Violence Against Minority Women Project 2010, funded by the Ministry of Attorney General.
