In addition to having successfully managed our firm for more than a decade, Eric specializes in corporate and commercial litigation. With his first-rate experience in the business world, he offers concrete expertise and pragmatic solutions to challenges that arise daily for entrepreneurs at small and large companies alike. Defending shareholders’ interests, he works with courts to cease and correct abusive conduct. Eric also pleads in insolvency and restructuring cases, defending his clients in the rights and recourses of trustees and creditors. Eric is no stranger to the country’s various courts and tribunals, and has been involved in various judgements that have shaped Québec law, including the People Department Stores Inc. decision before the Supreme Court of Canada, considered a landmark decision for corporation officers’ and directors’ duties and obligations.
