Debbie Bellinger Partner

Debbie Bellinger is a partner with Nelligan Law, and leader of the Real Estate and Development practice group. She has over twenty years of experience in the creation and administration of developments that involve shared property interests. Her real estate experience allows her to take these projects from land acquisition, through development and sale, to end users. Debbie’s condominium law practice includes the representation of numerous existing condominium corporations across eastern Ontario.
