David Woolcott Lawyer

David Woolcott has been a highly regarded member of Guelph’s legal community for over 20 years. He practices primarily in the areas of personal injury law and disability benefits. David also practices in the areas of family law, employment law, and estate litigation. As one of Guelph’s leading personal injury lawyers, David has extensive experience in mediation and litigation. He has appeared across Ontario in the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Ontario Court of Appeal. David is a member of the Wellington Law Association, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association. David is an active member of the Guelph community. He was previously the president of the Board of Directors for Wyndham House. Currently he sits on the steering committee for “100 Men Guelph” which has raised $200,000.00 for local charitable organizations. David sits on the Board of the Guelph Ringette Association and is the Director of Coach and Player Development.
