David Thomas Lawyer

Dave is a life-long resident of Durham Region, except for his times away for schooling in Kingston, Toronto, and Ottawa. Dave has had experience in all areas of the law, but his true passion is Real Estate. Dave combines the skills of a Surveyor with the expertise of a developer to deliver outstanding results to his Real Estate clients. With over 40 years of experience serving the people of Oshawa and Durham Region, Dave has developed a reputation as one of the best Real Estate lawyers in Oshawa. Dave is now lending his expertise of all matters regarding Real Estate to special Real Estate projects and transactions where his experience and capabilities are invaluable. Luckily, Dave still has time to add his knowledge and expertise to the routine Real Estate transactions that Thomas, Efraim LLP processes on a day-to-day basis. Dave and his wife currently live in Oshawa and are the parents of three adult children, and five grandchildren (so far . . . . ) When not attending to client needs, he enjoys various community service activities including his membership in a local service club (Westmount Kiwanis), recreational table tennis, water skiing and sailing (Bahamas, Virgin Islands, Florida, North Channel and of course, Lake Ontario!)
