Carmelo Truscello

Carmelo is the founder and co-managing partner of Truscello Nair LLP. He received his LL.B. from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom and his Master of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School, Toronto, Ontario. He is a certified member of the Law Society of Ontario. Carmelo has successfully represented clients in both the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice on serious criminal matters related to organized crime and project case investigations across Ontario. The position he takes in the defence of all clients is that preparation is an essential feature of any successful vindication.
