Byron G. Balcom

I have practised law in Nova Scotia since my admission to the Nova Scotia Barristers Society in 1986. I am presently Legal Counsel of the firm and Managing / Owner of the Halifax Office. I have focused most of my practise on real estate, corporate and litigation. I am a former Adjudicator of Small Claims Court and a former Assistant Crown Attorney. I have acted for over 20 thousand clients throughout Atlantic Canada. I am presently legal counsel for several corporate clients, including legal counsel for Annapolis Valley Real Estate Board. I am routinely consulted on legal questions regarding property and conveyance issues.
