André Royer

Mr. Royer is the National Leader of the Labour and Employment Group. He has over 25 years of experience in the fields of labour and employment law, human rights, as well as administrative law. He advises his clients on legislation governing employment and collective labour agreements and represents them before the Commission des relations du travail and grievance arbitrators. He also negotiates collective agreements. In occupational health and safety matters, André pleads before the Commission des lésions professionnelles and, in penal cases, before the Criminal and Penal Division of the Court of Québec. He also gives advice on human rights law and the protection of privacy in the workplace. In addition, he gives practical advice to his clients on risk management in disputes and the strategic settlement of legal issues.
