Alexander Karapancev Lawyer Founder

Alexander Karapancev is the founder of Karapancev Law, one of the GTA’s top criminal law firms. He is a tenacious advocate known for his attention to detail, masterful cross-examination skills, and unrelenting attitude in his pursuit of success for his clients. He has extensive experience representing clients in high-stakes cases, and has represented both individuals and corporations in criminal and regulatory matters. Mr. Karapancev’s top priority is to zealously advance the interest of his clients, from pre-trial negotiations with Crown prosecutors, to trials in front of judges and juries. Beyond the courtroom, Mr. Karapancev also sits on the Executive Board of the Ontario Bar Association’s criminal justice section. Known for his expertise in criminal law, he is frequently called upon by news outlets, including CBC, CTV, CP24, and the Toronto Star, to provide expert opinion on legal issues. After obtaining his law degree, Mr. Karapancev furthered his legal studies by completing a Master of Laws in Canadian Common Law at Osgoode Hall Law School.
