Robert Kuhn Partner

Bob is a partner with Kuhn LLP. With over 40 years of experience, Bob is passionate about serving clients as a trusted problem solver. He has served his clients both in and outside the courtroom. He has also served as a director of and counsel for the Canadian Homebuilders’ Association of B.C. He has also given his time to charity work, including serving as Chair or director of a numerous non-profit entities like Insight for Living Canada and the Canadian Council of Christian Charities. In addition to writing regularly for various award-winning publications, Bob has lectured for many years throughout Canada on a broad array of legal topics for many groups including the Canadian Homebuilders’ Association of B.C., Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia, the University of British Columbia, the Union of British Columbia Municipalities, British Columbia Business Council, Municipal Officers Association, Institute of Chartered Accountants, the International Bonding Surety Conference and the Provincial Court Judges of British Columbia.
