Mark is Senior Trial and Appellate counsel with a focus on Insurance Defence and Commercial litigation. He has extensive experience in the defence of life and disability claims, critical illness, products liability, personal injury and negligence claims. Mark acts as counsel in a broad range of civil litigation matters including complex contractual disputes, claims against investment advisors and brokers, social and commercial host liability, occupier's liability, multi-party construction deficiency claims and claims arising in a commercial or manufacturing context. He has particular expertise in the area of fraud and misrepresentation arising in insurance claims and in the prosecution of actions to recover damages or to seek other remedies as a result of fraudulent conduct.
