Lindsay McLellan Partner

Lindsay is a partner at McLellan Brennan Hrga. She completed law school in Ottawa, Ontario, where she obtained valuable experience representing survivors of domestic and sexual violence at the University's Community Legal Clinic. Lindsay went on to article and then practice law as an associate at a boutique labour, employment, and human rights firm. Lindsay is commited to inclusive, trauma-informed lawyering and practices in most of the firm’s various practice areas. Her experience and her passion for social justice advocacy has resulted in her compassionate and effective advocacy style. She listens to her clients' needs attentively and works with clients to ensure their legal goals are achieved. Lindsay is pleased to have returned to the Island to use her education and skills to benefit fellow Islanders and continue the legacy of the firm.
