Kerri Carpenter Lawyer

Kerri Carpenter is a lawyer and entrepreneur. She grew up in rural Prince Edward Island and studied at Dalhousie University, followed by the University of New Brunswick where she completed her law degree. Kerri has worked for both government and private business. She began her legal career by entering private practice in New Brunswick and then moving home to Prince Edward Island a few years later. After several years of private practice with a regional firm in Charlottetown, Kerri opened her own small firm in 2010. With a diverse client base over the years, her practice has included a wide variety of practice areas. She now practices primarily in the areas of immigration, business and real estate law. Kerri has always been an avid volunteer in the legal community. She is also a former Chair of the Canadian Bar Association (CBA) PEI Branch Immigration Law Section and is also a former CBA PEI Branch President. Kerri lives in Stratford with her husband, Scott, and their four children. Kerri is also engaged professionally and personally in her communities. Kerri has been an active volunteer with local sporting groups, having served in various roles within these organizations over the past twenty years.
